Overview
HuiNuo HBDV-2H digital display swirl/spin high temperature Viscometer is mainly used for the measurement of substances that are solid at room temperature and liquid after high temperature heating, such as asphalt, hot-melt adhesive, polyethylene (PE) wax, etc. The instrument can be used on a single machine, and the measurement data is directly displayed on the LCD screen without secondary calculation; it can also be equipped with "data collection analysis and drawing software" to realize data collection and Data analysis, and monitor the viscosity-temperature Linear dispersion throughout the process.
Features
1. Using high subdivision stepper motor, Rotation speed is accurate and stable.
2. LCD liquid crystal with blue backlight function, directly display viscosity, Rotation speed, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value and temperature value of the selected rotor under the current Rotation speed, and can also display shear rate and shear stress.

Principle
Measurement principle of swirl/spin is used to test the viscosity of the sample under high temperature conditions. Rotor speed with stepless variable speed and temperature control system are used to achieve accurate measurement and data collection of parameters such as viscosity, shear rate and shear stress.

Steps
Prepare the sample with a capacity of 10 to 20 milliliters.
Select and install the appropriate rotor (e.g. rotors 21, 27, 28, 29).
3. Speed range is 0.1~ 200rpm continuously variable.
4. Temperature range is room temperature + 10~ 250 ℃, temperature control accuracy +/- 0.1 ℃.
5. Start the instrument and directly read the viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature and other data displayed on the LCD screen, or use optional software for data collection and analysis.
Notice
The sample capacity should be within the range of 10 to 20 milliliters.
• The viscosity measurement range needs to be within 400~ 80000000mPa · s, and an alarm will be triggered if the range is exceeded.
Make sure the power supply is 220V 50Hz.
• Check the rotor number and Rotation speed settings before use to avoid exceeding the maximum measurable viscosity value.
