Overview
HuiNuo SNB-3 digital display Rotational Viscometer is a LCD display device that can display viscosity, shear rate, shear stress, Rotation speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current Rotation speed. When equipped with L0 rotor, the viscosity measurement range is 6~ 80000000mPa · s.

Principle
The Viscometer uses the swirl/spin Working Principle to obtain viscosity values by measuring swirl/spin resistance of the rotor in the sample. The LCD screen displays parameters such as viscosity, shear rate, shear stress, Rotation speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum measurable viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current Rotation speed in real time.
Steps
1. Connect a dedicated Power Adapter (input 100~ 240V 50~ 60Hz)
2. Select the appropriate rotor (e.g. L0 #, L1 #, L2 #, L3 #, L4 #)
3. Preparation sample volume 25~ 30mL
4. Rotation speed in the range of 0.1~ 99.9rpm
5. Start the device for measurement
6. Read viscosity, Rotation speed, percentile torque and other data through the LCD screen
Notice
• Using a dedicated Power Adapter, the input voltage range is 100~ 240V 50~ 60Hz
The sample volume should be controlled between 25 and 30 mL
• Pay attention to viscosity range matching when selecting rotors
• Rotation speed is set within 0.1~ 99.9rpm
• Regularly check equipment reproducibility and accuracy
