Overview
HuiNuo LVDV-2 + L0 digital display Rotational Viscometer is a general-purpose intelligent digital Viscometer. It adopts a 16-bit microcomputer processor core control circuit and a high-subdivision drive of a stepper motor. The range is 0.3~ 6000000mPa · s. The whole process is continuously variable, and the Rotation speed is stable. The LCD screen can display parameters such as viscosity, shear rate, shear stress, Rotation speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current Rotation speed.
Tack resistance and dynamic viscosity measurement of various types of liquids, widely used in oils, paints, food, paper, cosmetics, chemicals, coatings, capsules and other fluid viscosity measurement, configuration of special temperature control heating device can also be used for measurement asphalt, hot soluble glue, paraffin, high polymer and other fluid viscosity.

Principle
The Viscometer uses the swirl/spin Measurement principle to calculate the viscosity value of the liquid by measuring the Tack resistance generated by the liquid to the swirl/spin of the rotor by the stepper motor driving the rotor in the liquid. The instrument precisely controls the Rotation speed and collects data through the core control circuit of the 16-bit microcomputer processor, and realizes the whole process of stepless speed change and stable measurement.
