Overview
HuiNuo LVDV-1 + SSA digital display Rotational Viscometer is a general-purpose intelligent digital Viscometer. It uses a 16-bit microcomputer processor core control circuit and a high-subdivision drive of a stepper motor. It has the characteristics of wide range, stepless speed change and smooth rotation speed. The LCD screen can display the viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentimeter torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current Rotation speed. The viscosity range is 12 to 6,000,000 mPa · s.

Principle
Tack resistance and dynamic viscosity of various liquids are measured using the swirl/spin Measurement principle. Rotor speed is continuously variable, and the measurement data is processed by a microcomputer processor to directly display the relevant parameters.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate rotor and install it
2. Add 10~ 20mL of sample
3. Rotation speed parameter
4. Start measurement and read LCD display data
5. Disassemble and clean the rotor

• Dedicated Power Adapter (Input 100~ 240V 50~ 60Hz)
• The sample volume is controlled within the range of 10~ 20mL
• Make sure the rotor is installed correctly before measurement
• Regularly clean the rotor to maintain Measurement accuracy
• Pay attention to temperature control when connecting Thermostatic bath
• Avoid exceeding the maximum viscosity value of the rotor that can be measured at the current Rotation speed
