Overview
HuiNuo RVDV-1 + SSA digital display Rotational Viscometer is an intelligent digital Viscometer, using 16-bit microcomputer processor core control circuit and stepper motor high subdivision drive, the range is 80~ 40,000,000 mPa · s, the whole process of stepless speed change, Rotation speed is stable. The instrument can measure the Tack resistance and dynamic viscosity of various liquids, which is widely used in oils, paints, food, chemical and other fields. It meets the requirements of pharmacopoeia viscosity test and can measure the viscosity of xanthan gum.

Principle
The Viscometer uses the swirl/spin Measurement principle, which drives the rotor to swirl/spin in the liquid through a stepper motor to measure the Tack resistance of the liquid and convert it into a dynamic viscosity value. The microcomputer processor controls the circuit to achieve stepless speed change and data processing. Measurement parameters are displayed in real time on the LCD screen.

Steps
1. Connect the Power Adapter and turn it on.
Select the appropriate rotor (e.g. R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, 21 #, 27 #, 28 #, 29 #) and install it.
3. Pour the sample (10 to 20 mL) into the adapter.
4. Rotation speed (0.1~ 99.9rpm) and start measurement.
5. Read the viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and maximum viscosity value displayed on the LCD screen.
6. Remove the rotor and clean it after measurement.
Notice
• Use dedicated Power Adapter, Input Voltage 100~ 240V, Frequency 50~ 60Hz.
• The sample volume is controlled within the range of 10 to 20 milliliters.
• Ensure the rotor is firmly installed before measurement.
• Regularly clean the rotor and adapter to avoid residues affecting Measurement accuracy.
• Pay attention to stable temperature control when connecting Thermostatic bath.
• Reproducibility is +/- 0.5% F. S, Measurement accuracy is +/- 1% F. S, pay attention to the error range when using.
