Overview
HuiNuo HBDV-1 + SSA digital display Rotational Viscometer is a general-purpose intelligent digital Viscometer. It uses a 16-bit microcomputer processor and a stepper motor high-subdivision drive technology to achieve full stepless speed change and stable Rotation speed. Its range is 80~ 40000000 mPa · s, and the LCD screen can display the viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentimeter torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current Rotation speed in real time. The product is widely used in oil, paints, food, paper, cosmetics, chemical, Coatings, capsules and other fluid viscosity measurement, performance indicators reached the advanced level of foreign congeneric products.

Principle
Based on the swirl/spin Measurement principle, the Viscometer measures the Tack resistance of the liquid to the rotor by driving the rotor in the liquid by a stepper motor. The microcomputer processor core control circuit processes the signal, calculates and displays the viscosity value. Continuously variable speed technology ensures smooth Rotation speed and improves measurement accuracy.

Steps
1. Connect the Power Adapter and turn it on
2. Select the appropriate rotor and install it
3. Pour the sample into the container to ensure that the sample volume is within the range of 10 to 20 mL (when using a small amount of sample adapters).
4. Set the required Rotation speed (0.1~ 99.9rpm)
5. Start measurement, observe the viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature and other parameters displayed on the LCD screen
6. Record or save data
7. Remove the rotor and clean it after measurement
Notice
• Dedicated Power Adapter, Input Voltage 100~ 240V, Frequency 50~ 60Hz
• The sample size should be controlled within the range of 10~ 20mL to avoid too much or too little affecting the Measurement accuracy
• Ensure that the rotor is firmly installed before measurement to avoid loosening
• Regularly clean the rotor and measurement vessel to prevent residues from affecting subsequent measurements
• When connecting Thermostatic bath, ensure that the external circulation function is normal to control the sample temperature
• Avoid use in extreme environment conditions to prevent damage to the instrument
