Overview
HuiNuo RVDV-2 + SSA digital display Rotational Viscometer is a general-purpose intelligent digital Viscometer, using 16-bit microcomputer processor and stepper motor high subdivision drive, the range is 40~ 40000000 mPa · s, the whole process is continuously variable speed, Rotation speed is smooth. The LCD screen can display viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentimeter torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current Rotation speed. Among them, the RVDV-2 type can also display shear rate and shear stress. The circuit adopts patch technology, which is compact and reasonable in layout.

Principle
Tack resistance and dynamic viscosity are measured using the swirl/spin Measuring method. A stepper motor is used to drive the rotor to swirl/spin in the liquid. Sensor data is processed by a microcomputer processor to calculate and display viscosity and other related parameters.

Steps
1. Connect the Dedicated Power Adapter
2. Select the appropriate rotor and install it
3. Pour the sample into a container with a sample volume of 10~ 20mL
4. Rotation speed (0.1~ 200rpm)
5. Start measurement, read the viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature and other parameters displayed on the LCD screen
6. Optional connection to computer for data collection and storage
