HuiNuo HBDV-2 + SSA digital display Rotational Viscometer is an intelligent digital Viscometer, using a 16-bit microcomputer processor core control circuit and a stepper motor high subdivision drive, with a range of 320~ 320,000,000 mPa · sec. The whole process is stepless and variable, and the Rotation speed is stable. The LCD screen can display viscosity, shear rate, shear stress, Rotation speed, temperature, percentimeter torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current Rotation speed. Equipped with a small number of sample adapters, the sample volume only needs 10~ 20mL, which is suitable for expensive sample testing.

Principle
Tack resistance and dynamic viscosity of liquid are measured by swirl/spin method. A stepper motor is used to drive the rotor to swirl/spin in liquid. Sensor data is processed by a microcomputer processor to calculate and display parameters such as viscosity, shear rate, and shear stress.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate rotor and install it
2. Add 10~ 20mL of sample
3. Rotation speed (0.1~ 200rpm)
4. Start measurement and read LCD display data
5. Optional connection to computer for data collection and storage

* The sample volume is controlled within the range of 10~ 20mL
