Overview
The HuiNuo SNB-3 + printer is a digital Rotational Viscometer equipped with a thermal printer for fast printing of measurement data. Its LCD screen displays viscosity, shear rate, shear stress, Rotation speed, temperature, percentimeter torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor measurable at the current Rotation speed, etc. The range is 160 to 80,000,000 mPa · s.

Principle
The Viscometer uses the swirl/spin Measurement principle to measure viscosity by the resistance of the rotor when swirl/spin in the liquid. Rotation speed is controlled by stepless speed, and parameters such as viscosity, shear rate, shear stress are displayed in real time on the LCD screen, and the data can be output through the thermal printer.

Steps
1. Connect a dedicated Power Adapter (input 100~ 240V 50~ 60Hz)
2. Select and install suitable rotors (e.g. L1 #, L2 #, L3 #, L4 #)
3. Set the required Rotation speed (0.1~ 99.9rpm)
4. Immerse the rotor in the liquid to be tested
5. Read the viscosity, Rotation speed, percentile torque and other parameters displayed on the LCD screen
6. Use thermal printer to print measurement data (including temperature, rotor, Rotation speed, viscosity value and percentile torque)

• Using a dedicated Power Adapter, the input voltage range is 100~ 240V 50~ 60Hz
• Choose the right rotor and Rotation speed according to measurement requirements
• Ensure that the rotor is properly installed and immersed in the liquid
• Periodically calibrated for Measurement accuracy
