Overview
SMJ-1T Coal Water Slurry Apparent Viscosity-Tester is a special Viscosity-Tester for coal water slurry developed by NIRUN brand in accordance with the requirements of the national standard GB/T188564-2008, which is an upgraded version of the SMJ-1 model. The instrument performs full scale and Linearity Measurement correction of each gear through the PC interface, and its Measurement performance and functions reach the advanced level.

Principle
The instrument calculates and displays the apparent viscosity of the sample by measuring the shear stress of the rotor when swirling/spinning in the coal-water slurry sample at a specific speed according to the requirements of the national standard GB/T188564-2008. The instrument controls the speed through a microcomputer processor and collects data such as torque and temperature in real time, and combines preset measurement programs for analysis and calculation.

Steps
1. Install the appropriate rotor using an electric lifting device.
2. Set measurement parameters (such as speed, Measurement mode, etc.) through touch screen or DV data program control analysis software.
3. Place the sample in the measurement position and ensure that the RTD temperature probe contacts the sample to monitor the temperature.
4. Start the measurement, the instrument will automatically run and display the viscosity, shear rate, shear stress, speed, temperature, percentile torque and other data in real time.
5. Save data according to the preset storage method (single point, continuous, regular).
6. After the measurement is completed, the data can be exported through the U disk or network, or further analysis can be carried out using supporting software.
Notice
* When measuring the instrument, make sure that the torque value is between 10% and 90% of the Measurement range to avoid triggering the alarm and ensure the measurement accuracy.
* Allows users to correct the temperature and viscosity correction factor by themselves with reliable and accurate data, but the correction operation is password protected.
* Measurement range of material temperature is 5 ℃ to 75 ℃, please ensure that the sample temperature is within this range when using.
* The viscosity measurement range of the instrument is 100~ 170,000 mPa.s, the shear rate adjustment range is Ds = 11/s~ 1801/s, and the speed adjustment range is 1RPM~ 200RPM, please use it within the specification range.
