Overview
The AW-20B Webster Hardness Tester is an AMITTARI brand instrument that can quickly test the Hardness of aluminum alloys on site. The instrument is easy to use and can directly read the Hardness value with one card. It is especially suitable for rapid, non-destructive piece-by-piece qualification inspection of aluminum alloy profiles, pipes, plates, aluminum workpieces and Miscellaneous soft metals at production, sales or construction sites.
Features

Principle
The Webster Hardness Tester directly reads the Hardness value by applying pressure on the specimen with a crimping pin for fast, non-Destructiveness detection.

Steps
1. Card the hardness gauge on the sample.

• Specimen thickness should be within 0.6-8 mm.
• The inner diameter of the sample must be greater than 6mm.
• Hardness Measurement range is limited to 25~ 110HRE.
