Overview
Automatic terminal section analyzer NBC-7053 is a complete terminal mass inspection system, which consists of terminal cutting grinding machine, corrosion special equipment, microscopic imagery system, terminal analysis system, standard identification ruler, LED Illuminant and computer. The system adopts the combination of human mechanics design and Modular, which has the characteristics of strong three-dimensional sense, clear imagery and long working distance. Through the pipeline workflow, the speed of mass inspection of terminal section is significantly improved, and the operation is convenient and fast.

Principle
The system cuts and grinds the terminal samples through the terminal cutting and grinding machine, and then uses the microscopic imagery system to obtain the terminal section image, and the terminal analysis system analyzes and calculates the image, and finally generates the inspection report. The whole process adopts Modular combination and pipeline workflow to achieve efficient automatic detection.
