Overview
The integrated terminal section analyzer (manual model) is a precision detection and analysis equipment specially developed for the quality inspection of the wiring harness industry. The whole system consists of terminal cutting and grinding integrated equipment, Optical inspection sampling imported from Japan, corrosion cleaning, section image acquisition system, wiring harness terminal picture measurement and analysis system. The integrated cutting and grinding equipment is used to complete the cutting and grinding at one time, which fully guarantees the terminal Smoothness requirements. The full set of detection system can complete the processing and analysis of a terminal within 3 minutes, significantly improving the quality inspection speed of the terminal section.

Principle
After clamping the terminals through a special wiring harness fixture, cut and grind the terminals through a handwheel drive X-axis screw, and the cutting and grinding time is 1 to 2 minutes. Clean the ground terminal surface with potion to make the internal structure clearly reflected. Measure the terminal height, width, aspect ratio, terminal crimp area, wiring harness crimp area, compression ratio, burr height and width, burr rate, distance between crimp wings, distance from the bottom, Porosity and other items step by step with the special section analysis software. Can instantaneously export reports and automatically judge whether all items are qualified. Measurement accuracy at maximum magnification is 1~ 2 µm.

Notice
• Large square harness and small square harness need to choose different cutting Rotation speed for better results
• Different wire diameters should be placed into the corresponding tooth positions of the fixture to ensure firm holding
• Use a special cleaning solution to clean the terminals to avoid blackening and physical injury
