Overview
The AMITTARI AC-112-200F Coating thickness gauge is a miniature Coating thickness gauge for coating measurement on tiny workpieces. It uses computer technology and nondestructive detection technology to accurately measure thickness without damaging the subject, and has RS-232C data cable, USB data connection and Bluetooth transmission function. Widely used in manufacturing, metalworking, chemical industry, commodity inspection and other inspection fields.

Principle
F-type Coating thickness gauge uses magnetic Sensor to measure the thickness of non-ferrous magnetic coatings and platings on ferromagnetic metal substrates such as steel and iron. It is based on nondestructive detection technology. It can accurately calculate the thickness without damaging the measured body by sensing the magnetic difference between the substrate and the coating.

Steps
1. Select Measurement mode (Single or Continuous).
2. Automatically identify the base material and remember the calibrated value.
3. Perform measurement, and there is a buzzer prompt tone when operating (continuous measurement does not sound).
4. Optional use of USB data cable or Bluetooth to transfer data to PC.
5. Support male/imperial unit conversion, manual shutdown or automatic shutdown as required.
Notice
- Operating conditions: Temperature -5 ° C~ 50 ° C, Humidity < 95% RH.
- The power supply uses 4x1.5AAA 7 batteries, pay attention to the undervoltage prompt.
- Ensure that the thinnest substrate is 0.1mm during measurement, and the minimum curved surface F-shaped convex 2mm/concave 4mm.
- The buzzer does not sound during continuous measurement, so pay attention to the operation status.
When using the optional Bluetooth function, ensure that the device is compatible.
