Overview
The AMITTARI AC-112-200NF Coating thickness gauge is a miniature Coating thickness gauge designed for coating measurement on tiny workpieces. It uses computer technology and nondestructive detection technology to accurately measure thickness without damaging the subject, and has RS-232C data cable, USB data connection and Bluetooth transmission function. Widely used in manufacturing, metalworking, chemical industry, commodity inspection and other inspection fields.

Principle
Coating thickness gauge is divided into two types: F type, NF type. F type with magnetic Sensor measurement of steel, iron and other ferromagnetic metal substrate on the thickness of non-ferromagnetic magnetic coatings, platings; N type with eddy current Sensor measurement of non-magnetic conductive metal substrate on the insulation layer thickness.

Steps
1. Select Measurement mode (Single or Continuous).
2. Automatically identify the substrate material under test.
3. Perform measurement, there is a buzzer prompt tone in the operation (silent during continuous measurement).
4. Transfer data via USB, RS-232C or Bluetooth.
