HBO ZTD-10 desktop microcomputer-controlled spring testing machine is a device dedicated to spring performance testing. It adopts an all-digital speed control system and stepper motor drive. The control software with Windows as the Operating interface realizes screen display and automatic operation of test force, displacement, deformation and other parameters. This machine is mainly used for spring deformation, tensile pressure, spring coefficient and other performance testing. It conforms to JB/T7796-2017 standard and supports national standards and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards. It is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration, scientific research institutes, Universities & colleges, Quality control units and other departments.

Principle
This testing machine adopts all-digital speed control system with high speed regulation accuracy and stable performance and stepper motor as the driving system, the controller is the core of the Control system, and the control and data processing software with Windows as the Operating interface realizes the screen display of test force, peak test force, beam displacement, test deformation and test Linear dispersion. All test operations can be automatically completed on the computer through the mouse.

Steps
1. Start the test software on the computer with the mouse
2. Select the test mode (fixed height force measurement value, fixed deformation force measurement value, fixed force value to measure height, fixed force value to measure deformation)
3. Set test parameters, including force value unit, displacement unit, Graduation, Test speed, etc
4. Start the test, the system automatically displays the test data and Linear dispersion
5. After the test is completed, the moving beam automatically returns to its original position
6. View and export trial data or generate reports
