HBO ZTD-50 desktop microcomputer-controlled spring testing machine is a device dedicated to spring performance testing. It adopts an all-digital speed control system and stepper motor drive. Operating interface control software with Windows realizes screen display and automatic operation of test force, displacement, deformation and other parameters. Mainly used in spring deformation, tensile pressure, spring coefficient and other performance testing, in line with JB/T7796-2017 standards, and supports national standards and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards. Principle
The testing machine adopts a fully digital speed control system with high speed regulation accuracy and stable performance and a stepper motor as the driving system. The controller is the core of the Control system. The screen display of test force, peak test force, beam displacement, test deformation and test Linear dispersion is realized through the control and data processing software of the Windows Operating interface. All test operations can be automatically completed on the computer through the mouse.

Steps
1. Start the test software on the computer with the mouse
2. Select the test mode: fixed height force measurement value, fixed deformation force measurement value, fixed force value to measure height or fixed force value to measure deformation
3. Set test parameters, such as force value units, displacement units, Graduation, etc
4. Start the test, and the system automatically controls the test process
5. After the test is completed, the moving beam automatically returns to its original position
6. View the test data and Linear dispersion for qualified judgment
7. Store or export test data, generate and print test reports
