Overview
The Coating thickness gauge AC-112BS (split) is a widely used, accurate measurement instrument for ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The instrument is equipped with an RS-232C data cable, USB data connection and Bluetooth transfer function. The split design provides multiple Probes for greater measurement mobility.
Features
1. Iron-based and non-iron-based dual-use Coating thickness gauge
2. Single and Continuous Measurement modes available
3. Male/imperial unit conversion, with functions such as manual shutdown, automatic shutdown and undervoltage prompt
4. Automatically remember the calibrated value and automatically identify the material of the tested substrate
5. There is a buzzer prompt tone during operation, and the buzzer does not sound during continuous measurement
6. Use USB data cable output, RS-232C data cable and software to communicate with PC
7. Provide optional configuration Bluetooth BlueTothTM data output selection
Principle
The Coating thickness gauge automatically identifies the substrate material and measures Coating thickness by Probe contacting the measured surface. In measurement, Probe's large contact surface provides better Stability, ensuring continuous and accurate measurement results with strong Repeatability.
Applications
Coating thickness measurement
Steps
1. Measurement mode (single or continuous)
2. Probe contact with the measured surface for measurement
3. Read the measurement results on the display
4. Data can be transferred via USB, RS-232C or Bluetooth
