Overview
ZT-10 desktop electric spring testing machine is a special spring testing equipment of HBO brand. It adopts precision automatic control and data collection system to improve test accuracy and reduce operation requirements. It is mainly used for the detection of spring deformation, tensile pressure, spring coefficient and other performance parameters. It can also be tested on various resilience samples and similar parts. It meets the JB/T7796-2017 standard and supports national standards and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards. It is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration, scientific research institutes, Universities & colleges, Quality control units and other departments.

Principle
This testing machine adopts precision automatic control and data collection system, and realizes accurate measurement of spring deformation, tensile pressure and other parameters through stepper motor drive. The system automatically collects and processes data, displays force value, displacement, stiffness and other parameters in real time through the Touchscreen interface, and supports a variety of test modes and Data output methods.
