Overview
ZT-50 Desktop Electric Spring Testing Machine is a desktop spring special testing equipment of HBO brand. It adopts precision automatic control and data collection system to significantly improve the test accuracy and reduce the operation requirements. It is mainly used for the detection of spring deformation, tensile force, spring coefficient and other performance parameters. It can also test various resilience samples and similar parts. It meets the JB/T7796-2017 standard and supports national standards and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards. It is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration, scientific research institutes, Universities & colleges, Quality control units and other departments.

Principle
The testing machine adopts a precision automatic control and data collection system, which is driven by a stepper motor to achieve accurate measurement of spring deformation, tensile pressure and other parameters. The system automatically performs tests according to the set test mode (such as fixed height force measurement value or fixed force value to measure deformation), and collects and displays data in real time to ensure High Accuracy and High Stability.

Steps
1. Turn on the power and start the device
2. Select the test mode and set parameters (such as force unit, displacement unit, Graduation, etc.) through the 7-inch Touchscreen
3. Install the spring or sample and adjust the pressure plate
4. Set test points (up to 10 groups) and qualification interval
5. Start testing, observe real-time data and Linear dispersion
6. After the test is completed, the data is automatically saved, and the print result can be selected
7. Use emergency shutdown devices or overload protection functions (if necessary)
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ to avoid voltage instability
• Check whether the equipment is in good condition before operation, and stop using it immediately if there is any abnormality
• Avoid overloading during testing to prevent damage to equipment
• Use an emergency shutdown device to quickly stop testing in an emergency
