Principle
The cone plate Rheometer calculates the viscosity of the fluid by driving different specifications of conical rotors to swirl/spin in the sample, measuring the resistance (torque) generated by the sample to the rotor swirl/spin. The instrument has a built-in temperature control system and Sensor, which can precisely control the sample temperature and measure it in real time. Combined with the ARM processor to process the data quickly, the rheological parameters such as viscosity, shear rate, shear stress and other rheological parameters are finally displayed on the Touchscreen.

Steps
1. According to the estimated viscosity range of the sample to be tested, refer to the rotor parameter comparison table to select the appropriate rotor.
2. Install the selected rotor onto the instrument.
3. Take an appropriate amount of sample and place it on the plate (refer to the rotor parameter table for sample volume).
4. Set test parameters such as speed, temperature, etc. through Touchscreen.
5. Activate the automatic lifting function to bring the rotor into contact with the sample.
6. Start measurement, the instrument will display viscosity, shear rate, shear stress and other data in real time and Linear dispersion.
7. After the measurement is completed, you can choose to save the data to the U disk in a single-point, continuous or regular manner or transmit it through the Gigabit network port.
8. Clean the rotor and measurement platform after use.
Notice
• Please select the appropriate rotor according to the sample viscosity range to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Ensure that the sample size meets the requirements of the selected rotor, too much or too little may affect the measurement results.
• The instrument has a temperature control function. Please ensure that the plate temperature reaches the set value and is stable before testing.
• When the measurement range is exceeded, the instrument will issue an alarm sound.
• Temperature and viscosity correction coefficients are password protected, and reliable and accurate reference data must be ensured when correcting.
• Please clean the rotor and measurement parts in time after use to prevent sample residue from affecting subsequent measurement or damaging the instrument.
• Please use original or compliant AC Power Adapters (100V-240V).
