Overview
The TL-30 Digital Force Gauge is a general-purpose Portable push-pull load testing instrument launched by HBO, which is suitable for push-pull load testing, plug-in force testing and failure testing of various products. It can be combined with various machines and fixtures to form a small testing machine for different purposes.

Principle
TL-30 Digital Display Force Gauge detects the push-pull load through the built-in Sensor, converts the mechanical signal into an electrical signal, and displays the measurement result through the LCD screen after processing. It supports two Operating Modes: real-time tracking and peak holding.

Steps
1. Turn on the power switch
2. Select the desired Measurement unit (N, KN, Kgf, lbf, tf)
3. Set Operating Mode (Real Time Tracking or Peak Hold)
4. Set the upper and lower limit qualification range
5. Set peak hold time (0-99 seconds)
6. Set the gravitational acceleration value
7. Set the automatic shutdown time (0-99 minutes)
8. Connect the testing device and fixture
9. Start the test and observe the LCD display results
10. Turn off the power after the test is completed
