TL-100 digital display Force Gauge is a general-purpose Portable push-pull load testing instrument launched by HBO, suitable for push-pull load testing, plug-in force testing, failure testing, etc. of various products, and can be combined with various machines and fixtures to form a small testing machine for different purposes.

Principle
The TL-100 Digital Display Force Gauge performs push-pull load testing through a built-in Sensor structure, uses an LCD screen to display measurement results, has a real-time tracking mode and a peak hold mode, can perform multiple unit conversions, and powers lithium batteries through an intelligent charging system.

Steps
1. Connect the testing device and fixture
2. Select Measurement unit (N, KN, Kgf, lbf, tf)
3. Set the upper and lower limit qualification range
4. Select real-time tracking mode or peak hold mode
5. Set the peak hold time (0 to 99 seconds)
6. Set the gravitational acceleration value
7. Set the automatic shutdown time without operation (0-99 minutes)
8. Start the test and observe the LCD display results
9. Measured value exceeds the set range, the instrument will automatically sound and light alarm
