Overview
The TL-200 Digital Force Gauge is a general-purpose Portable push-pull load testing instrument launched by HBO, suitable for push-pull load testing, plug-in force testing and failure testing of various products, and can be combined with various machines and fixtures to form a small testing machine for different purposes.

Principle
TL-200 Digital Display Force Gauge detects the push-pull load through the built-in Sensor, converts the mechanical signal into an electrical signal, and displays the measurement result through the LCD screen after processing. It supports two Operating Modes: real-time tracking and peak holding.

Steps
1. Turn on the power switch
2. Select the desired Measurement unit (N, KN, Kgf, lbf, tf)
3. Set Operating Mode (Real Time Tracking or Peak Hold)
4. Set the upper and lower limit qualification range as needed
5. Set the peak hold time (0 to 99 seconds)
6. Set the gravitational acceleration value
7. Set the automatic shutdown time (0-99 minutes)
8. Connect the testing device and fixture
9. Start the test and read the display data
10. Turn off the power after the test is completed
