Overview
PZ2512 type DC low resistance measurement instrument adopts 41/2-bit LED large digital display to display the Measured value, which is eye-catching and clear. Four-terminal resistance Measuring method is adopted to eliminate the influence of wire resistance, and the test Precision is high. Measurement speed is fast, stable and reliable. The instrument has perfect fast sorting function, superior performance and simple operation characteristics, which can meet the high-speed measurement in the production site, and can also meet the needs of laboratories and R & D measurement. Digital Benchtop small current resistance tester series products are suitable for detecting various types of DC resistors with certain restrictions on current.

Principle
The instrument adopts the four-terminal resistance Measuring method to eliminate the influence of wire resistance through Kelvin four-wire detection to ensure high test Precision. The measurement current is automatically adjusted according to the range, ranging from 100mA to 0.1mA, and the open circuit voltage is less than 4.5V to achieve fast and stable resistance measurement.
Applications
Platinum thermal resistance, copper thermal resistance, PTC ceramic thermal resistance, thermistor, various resistance type alloy wire, motor coil, relay contact resistance, heating wire, transformer, Inductance coil copper resistance, switch contact point resistance, connector contact resistance, wire resistance, component solder point contact resistance, printed board line and solder hole resistance, metal flaw detection
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and working environment.
2. Use a four-terminal Kelvin clip test wire to connect the resistance under test.
3. Select manual range or self-range switching.
4. Set the sorting alarm value and reference value as required.
5. Start the measurement and observe the display results.
6. Determine the qualified or unqualified status according to the sorting function.
