Overview
HUXI HR-20DRHL Basket Grinder is a set of dispersion and grinding functions in one equipment, suitable for wet grinding of medium and low viscosity fluids. The equipment will disperse and grind two processes by one machine, one container, with dispersion, refinement, grinding functions, high efficiency, fineness of grinding, easy to clean.
Features

220V/380V Power Supply can be selected to meet different working environments.

Principle
There is a self-priming impeller at the entrance of the basket type Grinder grinding basket. The high-speed operation of the motor drives the pull rod and the self-priming impeller to rotate to generate a strong eddy current, which forms a vacuum in the upper part of the dispersion disc and the inside of the basket cavity, and the Stock is sucked into the basket grinding cavity. The grinding medium in the dial drive cavity generates force in all directions, and the particles in the material are constantly collided and rubbed by the medium, the particle size becomes smaller, and the Particle size range narrows; the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc generates eddy current to suck out the material in the cavity and recycle it to the feed, which has a very significant ground dispersion mixing effect.

Steps
1. Connect the device to the power supply (220V or 380V can be selected).
2. Adjust the speed range to the required Rotation speed (0~ 3000rpm/min).
3. Use the electric lift function to adjust the lift Travel (maximum 400mm).
4. Put the material into the grinding kettle (volume 20L) or grinding basket (volume 1.8L).
5. Start the equipment, the motor drives the self-priming impeller and dial to run, disperse and grind.
6. Material in the grinding cavity through the grinding medium (zirconia beads, size 1.6-1 mm) collision friction refinement.
7. The dispersion disc runs at high speed to generate eddy current, and the material is recycled and sucked to complete the grinding dispersion process.
