Principle
The device consists of a scratch head, a sample stage and a moving system. The scratch head uses a diamond tip or a carbide blade to scratch. The sample stage can move horizontally and vertically, and the moving system controls the movement trajectory of the scratch head.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample, the size is about 150 * 100mm
2. Place the sample on the work surface
3. Set scratch parameters (speed, spacing, pressure, number of times, etc.) through Touchscreen
4. Start the test, the device automatically performs scratch operation
5. The device automatically stops after the test is completed
6. Evaluate coating scratch resistance performance
