Overview
The GT-H10-NO fixed gas alarm is a device under the HUIRUIPU brand for detecting the concentration of nitric oxide (NO) gas in the air. When the detected gas concentration reaches or exceeds the preset alarm value, the controller will issue a sound and light alarm to remind personnel to take safety measures to prevent poisoning and other accidents, so as to protect life and property safety. This product adopts industrial-grade Sensor and explosion-proof structure design of die-cast aluminum shell, suitable for dangerous places.

Principle
The alarm detects the concentration of specific gases in the air, such as nitric oxide, through the built-in industrial-grade Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and displayed in real time on the display. When the concentration reaches a preset low or high alarm threshold, the controller triggers the sound and light alarm, and can link the relay output signal to alert personnel and initiate corresponding safety measures.

Steps
1. Install the detector correctly in the area to be monitored.
2. Connect the power supply and the required signal output line (such as 4~ 20mA, RS485, etc.).
3. Use the infrared remote control for parameter setting (such as alarm point, range, etc.) without opening the lid.
4. After the device is powered on, the Sensor enters the preheating and working state, and the display shows real-time concentration.
5. When the gas concentration exceeds the standard, the equipment automatically emits sound and light alarm and may trigger the relay action.
Notice
• This product is designed to be flameproof and is suitable for designated hazardous areas (Zone 1, Zone 2).
• When installing, ensure that the front (downward structure) of the Sensor is in good contact with the gas to be measured.
• The inlet needs to use the matching explosion-proof waterproof connector to ensure the protective performance.
• When using the infrared remote control to adjust, make sure that the remote control functions properly and points to the detector.
• Regular maintenance and calibrating, Sensors can be easily replaced with its pluggable module design.
• Note that the detection gas of this model (GT-H10-NO) is nitric oxide (NO), the range is 0-250ppm, the resolution is 1ppm, and the alarm point is set to low report 50ppm and high report 150ppm.
