Overview
Huicheng DTA-1250 Differential Thermal Analyzer is an instrument for the measurement of the temperature difference and the temperature relationship between a substance and a reference substance at a programmed temperature. Differential Thermal Analysis Linear dispersion describes the temperature difference between a sample and a reference substance as a function of temperature or time. The sample temperature change is caused by the endothermic or exothermic effect of the phase transition or reaction. It is suitable for phase transition, melting, crystalline structure transition, boiling, sublimation, evaporation, dehydrogenation reaction, fracture or analysis reaction, oxidation or reduction reaction, lattice structure destruction and Miscellaneous chemical reaction.
Features
1. The new fully enclosed ceramic insulation furnace body design structure improves Sensitivity and resolution and Baseline Stability.
2. Imported alloy Sensor, anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation, Sensitivity high.
3. Adopt Cortex-M3 core ARM controller, providing fast computing processing speed and accurate temperature control.
4. Adopt USB two-way communication to achieve intelligent operation.
5. Adopt 7-inch 24bit color full-color LCD Touchscreen to display instrument status and data in real time.
6. Intelligent software design, automatic drawing of the instrument, the software can realize data processing such as enthalpy calculation, Glass transition temperature, oxidation induction period, material melting point and crystallization.
7. The furnace body adopts the upper open-lid structure, replacing the traditional lifting furnace body, with high accuracy and easy operation.
8. Equipped with standard materials, with one-click Adjustment, users can correct the temperature by themselves.
9. Users can adjust the Baseline by the slope and intercept of the Baseline.

Steps
1. The instrument is connected to the computer through the USB interface, using the supporting data cable and operating software.
2. Users can set the temperature program through Touchscreen, including heating rate, thermostatic time and other parameters.
3. Use the standard to calibrate the temperature with one key.
4. Adjust the Baseline through the slope and intercept of the Baseline.
5. The instrument automatically controls the heating, cooling and thermostatic processes, and displays status and data in real time.
6. The software automatically plots and processes data, such as calculating enthalpy, Glass transition temperature, etc.
Notice
• Power Supply is AC 220V 50Hz, ensure power matching.
• The furnace body adopts an upper open-lid structure, and pay attention to safety during operation.
• Use imported alloy Sensors to avoid exceeding the limit in extreme corrosion or oxidation environments.
• Temperature control accuracy is high, users need to adjust parameters according to needs.
• Baseline adjustments need to be made through slopes and intercepts to ensure data accuracy.
