The NIRUN NTV-P1LV programmable digital Viscometer is a precision instrument with 7-inch wide Touchscreen operation, built-in RTD temperature sensor and ARM chip processor, supports a viscosity range of 1 to 2 million mPa.s, with high Repeatability ( +/- 0.2% F. S) and accuracy ( +/- 1.0% F. S), suitable for a variety of viscosity measurement scenarios.

Principle
The Viscometer calculates viscosity values by measuring fluid resistance with a built-in rotor swirling/spinning in the sample; uses the ARM chip to process data quickly, the built-in RTD temperature sensor monitors temperature in real time, and displays parameters such as shear rate and shear stress through the Touchscreen for accurate viscosity measurement.

Steps
1. Connect the Power Adapter and turn it on
2. Select rotor specification and Rotation speed through Touchscreen
3. Immerse the rotor in the sample
4. Start the measurement and observe the continuous change of viscosity value
5. Save data using USB flash drive or network interface (single point, continuous or timed mode)
6. For correction, enter the password to adjust the temperature and viscosity coefficient
