Principle
The Viscometer swirls/spins viscosity measurements in the sample with a rotor, processes data quickly with an ARM chip processor, has a built-in RTD temperature sensor that monitors temperature in real time, and displays measurement results and rheological Linear dispersion via Touchscreen.
Applications
Viscosity measurement, rheological analysis, quality control, laboratory research
Standards
Computer full-scale linear calibration standard
Steps
1. Connect the Power Adapter and turn it on
2. Measurement mode and parameter selection via Touchscreen
3. Install the right rotor
4. Measuring location of samples
5. Start the measurement and observe the screen display
6. Save the data to the U disk or transfer it through the network port as needed
7. Use the operation wizard to assist with complex operations
Notice
• Check whether the Power supply voltage is within the range of 100V-240V before use
• Make sure the rotor is installed correctly to avoid damaging the instrument
• Pay attention to sample temperature during measurement and monitor with built-in temperature sensor
• Measurement range beyond the alarm prompt
Verify Storage method before saving important data (single point, continuous or timed)
• Reliable and accurate data is required when correcting temperature and viscosity coefficients
• Regular full scale linear calibration to ensure accuracy
