Overview
The JINGKELIAN QSM-II laboratory grinder is a specially designed grinding machine for laboratory sample testing, capable of grinding Coating particles to a fineness of less than 25 microns. The machine uses a motor-driven stirring component for dispersive grinding, suitable for the Coating paints industry, and can hold 1.5 liters of samples.
Features
1. Motor Power 370W, providing stable power; 2. Speed range 1400rpm, adapt to different ground needs; 3. Power supply voltage 380 volts 50 Hz, in line with industrial standards; 4. Dimension 396 * 223 * 700mm, compact space saving; 5. Grinding tank size diameter 100 * 200 mm, capacity of about 1.5 liters; 6. Stirrer material is stainless steel, corrosion resistant and durable.
Principle
The QSM-II sand mill drives the Stirrer component to swirl/spin at a speed of 1400 rpm through an electric motor, causing the sand and material to rotate and turn rapidly in the tank. Strong tensile shear and Impact forces are generated between the sand and the material, thus achieving dispersion and fine grinding of the material.
Applications
Coating paints industry
Steps
1. Prepare the grinding medium: bring your own 2~ 4.5 mm tempered Glass ball; 2. Load the material and grinding medium into the grinding tank; 3. Start the motor and adjust the Rotation speed to the required range; 4. Run the equipment for grinding; 5. Turn off the power after completing the grinding and take out the sample.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 380 volts 50 hertz to avoid voltage mismatch; • Grinding medium needs to bring its own 2~ 4.5 mm tempered Glass ball; • Pay attention to safety during operation to avoid high-speed swirling/spinning parts hurting people; • Regularly check Stirrer and grinding tank abrasion; • Do not touch moving parts during equipment operation.
