Overview
HuiNuo QFM type coating Abradability tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of sanding test in the new standard. This instrument is mainly used to determine the sanding of indoor putty such as building interior-wall and ceiling. It has the characteristics of reasonable and reliable structure, simple operation, automatic counting and good Repeatability of the whole machine.

Principle
The instrument is mainly composed of a sanding block, a fixture, a sliding frame, a test bench, a motor, a power switch, a counter and other components. The Working Principle is that the test block with sandpaper is reciprocated in a straight line on the coating surface of the test plate. After sanding to a specified number of times, the sanding property of the coating is judged by observing the area of putty powder stained on the sandpaper.

Standards
Requirements for sanding experiments in the new standard
Steps
1. Fix the test plate horizontally on the test bench plate, with the coating facing up, to ensure that the test plate does not run in series during operation.
2. Remove the cross arm and sanding block parts, stick (120) back to (No. 0) dry sanding paper (190 * 90, user-provided) on the sanding block, and then reinstall the cross arm parts, so that the sanding block is placed on the coating, and the movement is free, the weight completely falls on the test board.
3. Turn on the power supply, set the number of sanding times according to the standard requirements, turn on the power switch, set the count value through the number switch, and then press the start power supply to start working (if there is a value display when turning on, press the reset switch first).
4. The counting display automatically decreases from the set value to zero, the instrument automatically stops, and the experiment is completed. On the way, you can press the pause switch to stop.
5. Press the reset switch, take out the test plate, and observe and judge the experimental results. After the test, carefully remove the cross arm and sanding block parts, and visually measure that the sanding powder stained on the sanding paper is 20% to 80% of the sandpaper area.
Notice
• When the instrument is working, the counter must not be set at will.
• The placement of the instrument should be based on the level before testing.
• Sandpaper needs to be replaced for each trial.
• After the instrument has been used for a long time, it should be disassembled and injected into the gearbox with 20 #oil, and then an appropriate amount of oil should be injected into the oil holes of the two guide bars.
