Overview
The HuiNuo QCJ-50 Film Impact Tester is a test instrument designed according to the GB1732-79 standard for measuring the impact strength of a film by dropping a heavy object from a height. Principle
The instrument fixes the weight at the set height through the controller screw, and the height value is read by the positioning mark. When the controller screw is pressed, the controller spring compresses, aligns the controller slider, the round hole of the upper cover and the lower bottom, and releases the weight connected by the hook. The weight falls freely and strikes the punch rod, and the punch rod transmits the impact force to the sample placed on the pillow pad block. The impact strength of the sample paint film is measured by observing the damage of the sample film.

Steps
1. Check and adjust before use: check whether the center of the punch rod is consistent with the center of the concave hole of the pillow pad block. If there is a deviation, the inner hexagonal screws on the tight mother of the Impact block can be adjusted; check whether the positioning mark is on the zero line, put the heavy hammer down to observe the marking line. When there is a deviation, the screws on both sides of the positioning mark can be adjusted.
2. According to the product standard, the preparation sample.
3. Place the sample close to the recess of the pillow pad, the paint film is facing up, and the impact point is not less than 15 mm away from the edge of the sample. If multiple tests, the impact point edge should be not less than 15 mm apart.
4. According to the standard, fix the height with the controller screw, and press the control screw to make the weight fall freely on the punch rod.
5. Lift the weight so that it is automatically hung by the controller, take out the sample and use four times magnifying glass or eyesight (if allowed by the standard) to observe whether the paint film is crazing, wrinkling or flaking. If there is no damage, you can increase the height of the weight falling and continue the test until the paint film is damaged or can withstand a height of 50 cm Impact. Each test should be carried out on a new part of the sample, and the height should be increased by 2 to 10 cm each time during the repeability test.
6. The impact strength of the paint film is expressed as the maximum height (cm) of the 1 kg heavy hammer Impact paint film without causing damage. If the strength is specified in the standard, the heavy hammer can be directly dropped from the specified height. According to the standard instructions, a reverse impact test can also be carried out. At this time, the painted surface of the sample should be placed downward.
7. The difference between the two measurements should be within the range of +/- 1 centimeter.
8. The test should be carried out under the conditions of air temperature 25 +/- 1 ° C and relative humidity below 70%.

• Be sure to calibrate the center of the punch rod to neutralize the positioning mark before use.
• Sample preparation should be carried out in strict accordance with relevant product standards.
• Impact point position must meet the requirements of not less than 15 mm from the edge of the sample, and the distance between impact points in multiple tests should not be less than 15 mm.
• When observing the damage of the paint film, use four times magnifying glass or allow visual observation according to the standard.
• In the repeability test, the weight height should be increased by 2 to 10 cm each time and carried out in the new part of the model.
• The allowable deviation of two measurements is +/- 1 cm.
• The test environment should be controlled at a temperature of 25 +/- 1 ° C and a relative humidity of 70%.
• If the reverse impact test is carried out, make sure that the painted surface of the sample is placed down.
• Pay attention to safety during operation to avoid accidental fall of the heavy hammer.
• The instrument should be properly placed and kept clean after use.
