Overview
The HuiNuo QFS scrubbing resistance tester is a testing instrument designed and manufactured according to the new standard GB/T9755-2014 to evaluate the scrubbing performance of coatings. The instrument can also evaluate the performance of any film composite treated surface, such as paints, Eletroplating, baseplate, overlay, wood density, etc. The number of scrubbing times is directly read through the counter to evaluate the scrubbing performance of coatings. It is a testing equipment required by paint manufacturers and paint research departments.
Features
1. Designed and manufactured according to the new GB/T 9755-2014 standard.
2. The weight of the brush (including the brush) is 450g, which meets the standard requirements.
The scruf travel is 300mm and the scruf speed is 37 +/- 2cpm to ensure stable test conditions.
4. Equipped with a 4-bit counter, it can directly read the number of washes, and the results are intuitive.
5. The size of the test plate is 450 * 165mm, which is suitable for standard test plates.
6. Motor Power 100W, power supply 220V 50Hz, stable operation.
Principle
The device reciprocates the coating applied on the standard test plate. The number of washes is directly recorded by the counter. According to the number of times the coating is washed and damaged, its washout resistance performance is evaluated.
Applications
Manufacturers of coatings, coatings research departments, used to evaluate the washing performance of surfaces in the form of paints, Eletroplating, baseplate, overlay, wood density, etc
Steps
Prepare a standard test plate that meets the size (450 * 165mm).
2. Install the test plate correctly on the instrument.
3. Set up and start the instrument to start the scrubbing test.
4. Observe and record the number of washes through the counter.
5. According to the number of times of washing when the coating is damaged, evaluate its washing resistance performance.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply is 220V 50Hz before use.
• Please prepare the test board in strict accordance with the standard regulations.
• Note that the scruf speed of the instrument should be kept within the range of 37 +/- 2cpm.
• Maintain the instrument regularly to ensure that the brushes and other components are in normal condition.
• Please pay attention to safety during testing and avoid touching moving parts.
