Overview
HuiNuo WZJ-II bending machine is a T-type Bending tester designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T12754, which is used to test the coating flexibility of color steel plates and steel strips. The instrument provides an important reference for evaluating coating performance and screening new product formulations by simulating the bending process.

Principle
By turning the left handle, the instrument drives the square bending press to bend the test piece to an angle less than 45 °. By turning the right handle, the crank lifting mechanism drives the triangular bending press to lift and lower, so as to realize the clamping or flattening of the test piece, thus completing the T-bend test process.

Steps
Specimens should be pretreated in a 23 +/- 2 ℃ environment for at least 24 hours and tested under the same conditions.
2. Turn the right handle to lift the triangular compact (≥ 10mm), and turn the left handle to flush the square folding block with the triangular compact.
3. Extend the sample plate facing down into the triangular compact 15mm, and turn the right handle to press down and clamp the sample.
4. Turn the left handle and bend the sample to a < 45 ° angle with a square folding block.
5. Return the square folding block, raise the triangular pressing block, and take out the bent sample plate.
6. Extend the bent sample into the triangular compaction, press it down, and complete the "OT" bending.
7. Sexual repeability operation, bend and flatten the "OT" bending part again to complete the "1T" test.
8. In turn, the above steps of repeability can obtain higher-level bending test results such as "2T, 3T".
Notice
• When performing 1T bending, there should be no obvious gaps where the bending surfaces overlap, otherwise the test needs to be redone.
• Damage to coatings within 10mm of the specimen edge is not considered.
• When the instrument leaves the factory, the two handles are not installed, and the user needs to install them to the corresponding position of the host by himself.
