Overview
American RDS #11 Mayer Rods is made of 303 stainless steel, which has wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It is mainly used for Coating, inks, paints and other industries to prepare films of specific wet film thickness for detecting hiding power, film Gloss and preparatory samples. The coating applicator wet film thickness is 25.1 microns, and there are two types of molding and wire-wound. The molding coating rod has no worries about broken wires, is easy to clean and is not easy to block impurities.
