Overview
QFZ film adhesion tester is a manual instrument under HuiNuo brand, mainly used to determine the adhesion ability of various films to the surface of the coated material.

Principle
The tester realizes the test action through a mechanical transmission system. When the handwheel is rotated, the sprocket and helical helical gear drive the table to move left and right. At the same time, the needle depicting the head part makes circular motion on the sample plate to draw a spiral pattern on the film surface. By adjusting the drawing diameter and applying different Nominal Mass, adhesion testing under different conditions can be simulated.
Applications
Used to determine the adhesion ability of various films to the surface of the coating.
Steps
1. Prepare samples as required.
2. Check and recommend replacing the new steel needle, and adjust the needle tip to about 3 mm away from the work surface.
3. Adjust the eccentric position of the needle tip according to the required drawing diameter and tighten it with screws.
4. Install the prepared sample film face up on the workbench and press it with a pressure plate.
5. Add the corresponding weight to the weight plate as required.
6. Lift the movable half nut, move the table to the outer end, and then lower the movable half nut.
7. Flip the pressure bar so that the tip is in contact with the film surface.
8. Shake the handwheel to make the steel needle draw a spiral pattern on the sample, and judge the film adhesion grade (excellent, good, medium, poor, bad) according to the pattern.
Notice
It is recommended to replace the steel needle with a new one at the beginning of use to ensure the accuracy of the test.
• Carefully adjust the tip height (about 3mm) and depicted diameter before operation.
• When installing the sample, make sure that the film faces up and is pressed tightly.
• The weight should be correctly selected and added according to the test requirements.
• During the operation, it is necessary to move the table to the starting position first, and then make the needle tip contact the membrane surface.
• Assess the adhesion grade according to the pattern shape depicted.
