Overview
QHD pendulum damping tester is designed and manufactured by HuiNuo brand according to professional standard ZBN72020 and referring to international standard ISO1522. The instrument is mainly used for sampling test of Paints, varnish and related products to determine the film Hardness.
Features
1. Designed and manufactured according to professional standard ZBN72020 and international standard ISO1522.
2. Using the Konig swing rod, the total mass is accurate to 200 +/- 0.2g.
3. Equipped with an automatic recording function, it can automatically record the required number of swing angles.
4. The structure design is reasonable, including the main parts of the instrument base, swing rod, technical equipment and instrument cover.
Principle
The instrument is based on the principle of swing attenuation when the swing rod swings on the surface of the paint film to determine the film Hardness. When the swing rod swings on the surface of the paint film at a certain period, the softer the surface of the paint film, the faster the swing attenuation and the shorter the damping time; conversely, the harder the paint film, the slower the swing attenuation and the longer the damping time. There is no direct conversion relationship between the test results of the Konig swing rod and the test results of the Miscellaneous type swing rod (such as the platinum shovel pendulum).
Applications
Paints, varnishes and related products sampling
Standards
ZBN72020、ISO1522
Steps
1. Place the test plate on the instrument holder.
2. Adjust the level of the instrument.
3. Release the swing rod through the starting handle.
4. The instrument automatically records the damping time or number of swings of the swing rod from 6 ° swing to 3 °.
Notice
In the product standard, the damping time of a certain paint film is usually determined by using only one swing bar (e.g. Koenig pendulum), and the test results of different swing bars cannot be directly converted.
Make sure the level of the instrument before use.
* Test results are influenced by factors such as coating complex resilience and viscosity.
