Overview
PM240-IV plane grinding machine is a special physical performance inspection instrument in line with the national standard GB5211.19, which is suitable for pigment, paint and inks industries. The whole machine has a compact structure, simple Appearance, microcomputer control and LCD Touchscreen operation, convenient parameter setting and reliable control.

Principle
The instrument drives a grinding disc with a diameter of 240mm by a motor at a Rotation speed swirl/spin of 75 +/- 5rpm, and applies an adjustable load on the grinding disc (achieved by weight). The sample placed between the grinding disc and the Glass disc is ground to determine its physical performance. The whole process is counted and managed by a microcomputer Control system.

Steps
Connect the 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Set the required grinding revolutions (counting range 1~ 9999) and other parameters through the Touchscreen.
According to the test requirements, install the corresponding weight to adjust the load (43kg, 64kg or 100kg).
4. Easy loading of samples and Glass trays.
5. Start the instrument and the grinding disc starts swirling/spinning for grinding.
6. After reaching the set number of revolutions, the instrument stops, and the Glass disc and sample are removed for testing.
Notice
* When the input parameter is incorrect, the controller will display "Invalid input", please check and reset.
Please ensure that the power supply is 220V 50Hz before operation.
* Please pay attention to safety when loading and unloading Glass plate and weight.
Do not operate beyond the counting range (1~ 9999) and load range specified by the instrument.
