BaidaJUSHI LY-7012C Single Column Universal Testing Machine is a 700KG Universal Testing Machine for static load, tensile, compression, bending, shearing, tearing, disbonding and other mechanical properties testing of various materials. The equipment is suitable for physical and Mechanical Property Testing of Plastic Sheet, Tube, Profile, Plastic film, Rubber, Wire and cable, Steel, Glass Fiber Dimension and other materials. It is a special testing equipment for material development, physical property testing, teaching research and quality control.

Principle
Driven by a speed-controlled motor, the Universal Testing Machine applies mechanical forces to materials for testing such as static load, stretching, compression, bending, shearing, tearing or disbonding. The Force Value Sensor accurately measures the applied force, and the system automatically controls the Test speed and safety limit according to the set parameters. When the upper and lower safety limits or the specimen breakpoint are reached, it automatically stops, and outputs the test results through the micro printer.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz)
2. Install the optional tension fixture
3. Set force value units, stress units, and test parameters
4. Place the specimen in the Test space (100mm)
5. Test speed range (0~ 500mm/min) and safety limit
6. Start the test and the device will run automatically
7. Automatic shutdown when set conditions or specimen breakpoint are reached
8. Output test results through a micro-printer
