Overview
BaidaJUSHI LY-7012C 800KG Single Column Universal Testing Machine is a Universal Testing Machine used to test the mechanical properties of various materials such as static load, stretching, compression, bending, shearing, tearing, disbonding, etc. The equipment is suitable for physical and Mechanical Property Testing of Plastic Sheet, Pipe, Profile, Plastic film, Rubber, Wire and cable, Steel, Glass Fiber Dimension and other materials. It is a special testing equipment for material development, physical property testing, teaching research and quality control.
Features
1. Measurement range up to 800kg, Precision +/- 0.01N, Resolution 1/200000
2. Test speed range 0~ 500mm/min, effective Travel 700mm
3. Support multiple force units (kgf, gf, N, kN, lbf) and stress units (MPa, kPa, kgf/cm2, lbf/in2)
4. With upper and lower limit safety settings and test piece breakpoint sensing stop mode
5. Equipped with a micro printer to output results
6. Power system with variable speed motor
7. Optional tensile fixture (conventional)
8. Machine weight 80kg, power requirements 1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz
Principle
Single-column Universal Testing Machine drives a mechanical afterburner system through a speed-regulated motor, applies loads such as stretching and compression to the sample, uses High Accuracy Sensor measurement of force value, and realizes speed adjustment and safe shutdown through a Control system. Test data can be displayed in real time and output for printing.
Applications
Material development, physical property testing, teaching and research, quality control
Steps
1. Power on (1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz)
2. Install optional tensile fixtures and specimens
3. Set test parameters (speed, shutdown mode, etc.)
4. Start the test and the equipment automatically applies the load
5. After the test is completed, the results will be output through the micro printer
Notice
• Ensure that the power supply meets 1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz requirements
• Select the appropriate fixture according to the sample type
• Set appropriate upper and lower safety limits
• Regularly check equipment accuracy and Sensor status
• Pay attention to the firm clamping of the sample during operation to avoid slippage
