BaidaJUSHI LY-7012C 900KG Single Column Universal Testing Machine is a special equipment for material mechanical performance testing, suitable for static load, tensile, compression, bending, shear, tear, disbonding and other tests of plastics, rubber, Wire and cable, steel, glass fiber and other materials. Provide testing support for material development, physical property testing, teaching research and quality control.

Principle
Single-column Universal Testing Machine drives the mechanical structure through the speed-regulating motor, applies forces such as stretching and compression to the material, uses the High Accuracy Sensor measurement force value change, combines with the Control system to achieve speed adjustment and safe shutdown, and outputs the test results through the micro-printer to complete the quantitative analysis of the mechanical performance of the material.

Steps
Connect the power supply (1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz) to ensure that the device is powered on.
2. Install optional tension clamps or Miscellaneous Accessories.
3. Place the test piece in the Test space and adjust the position to fit.
4. Set test parameters, such as speed range (0 to 500mm/min), force value units, etc.
5. Start the test, the equipment automatically applies force and performs measurement.
6. During the test, the equipment automatically stops according to the upper and lower limit safety settings or the breakpoint sensing of the specimen.
7. Output the test results through the micro printer.
8. After the test, turn off the power and clean the equipment.

• Ensure that the power supply meets the requirements of 1PH, AC220V, and 50/60Hz to avoid voltage mismatch causing equipment damage.
When installing and replacing fixtures, pay attention to safe operation to prevent pinching or equipment dumping.
• When setting the upper and lower limit safety parameters, it should be adjusted reasonably according to the characteristics of the specimen to prevent overload or accidental shutdown.
• Check the specimen fixation before the test to ensure that there is no interference within the effective Travel (700mm) and Test space (100mm).
• Regularly calibrate Force Value Sensor to maintain Measuring accuracy +/- 0.01N.
• Device weight 80kg, multiple people need to cooperate when moving to avoid accidents caused by single person operation.
• Turn off the power supply in time after use to keep the equipment clean and prolong the service life.
