The RDS 10 #1/4 Applicator rod is a professional Spreader tool with a wet film thickness of 22.9 microns and is divided into two types: wire-wound drawdown bar and molding rod. The molding rod is processed by a special extrusion process with continuous grooves, unbroken wires and easy to clean; the wire-wound drawdown bar follows the traditional Mayer Rod test principle and is more commonly used in the industry. The film thickness and accuracy of the same model of the two types are the same, the main difference is Coat Weight.
