Principle
The Film Applicator uses bar and Blade Coating mode, Vacuum chuck fixed substrate, feeding system using the principle of air pressure outflow, reciprocating linear motion feeding, coating speed can be infinitely variable speed adjustment.

Steps
1. Connect the power and air source
2. Set film parameters
3. Place substrate and start Vacuum chuck
4. Start the automatic feeding system
5. Start Spreader operation
Notice
• Make sure the air source pressure is 0.6Mpa before use
• Mixing Tank Pressure shall not exceed the maximum pressure 8Mpa
• Pay attention to the normal state of safety valves, pressure regulating valves and other accessories during operation
