Principle
The Working Principle of Automatic Film Applicator is to uniformly Spreader the sample on the substrate to form the desired film by controlling the Spreader head and Spreader parameters. Two coating methods, bar and Drawdown blade, are used to achieve accurate film by adjusting parameters such as coating speed, application length and heating temperature.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and samples
2. Select coating method (bar or Drawdown blade)
3. Set Spreader parameters (rate, length, thickness)
4. If heating is required, set the heating temperature
5. Start the device for automatic filming
6. Spreader head after film

• Make sure the power supply of the device is connected correctly before use
• Select the appropriate coating method and parameters according to the sample characteristics
• Clean the Spreader head in time after the Spreader is completed, especially the clamshell Drawdown blade head
