Principle
The Working Principle of Automatic Film Applicator is to uniformly Spreader the sample on the substrate to form the desired film by controlling the Spreader head and the Spreader parameters.
Applications

Steps
1. Prepare samples and substrates (e.g. Glass, cardboard, fabric).
2. Fix the substrate on the Spreader stage (via Vacuum chuck or fixture).
3. Select the bar or Blade Coating method according to your needs and install the corresponding Spreader head.
4. Set Spreader parameters through Touchscreen, such as Spreader speed, application length, film thickness (via differential regulator) and heating temperature (if required).
5, start the equipment, automatically complete the film process.
6. After the film is completed, remove the sample and clean the Spreader head (clamshell drawdown blade is easy to clean).
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the power supply of the device meets the requirements (100V~ 220V/50~ 60HZ).
• When operating, please select the appropriate coating method (bar or drawdown blade) and the corresponding thickness range according to the sample characteristics.
• Bar Spreader thickness depends on the bar number, Blade Coating thickness range is 0.1~ 10mm.
• Pay attention to the effective coating area of the coating table (standard is 500 * 400mm, can be customized), do not exceed the range.
• When using the Vacuum chuck function, ensure that the substrate covers the adsorption area flat.
• If using the heating function, please pay attention to the Temperature range (RT +~ 180 ℃, can be customized) and uniformity (+/- 1 ℃) to avoid burns.
• Device power is 1800w, please ensure the safety of the power supply line.
• Maintain and clean equipment regularly, especially Spreader heads and countertops, to maintain accuracy.
