Overview
Automatic Film Applicator is a device for intermediate coating films in laboratories. It replaces manual film and automatically films to improve film accuracy and efficiency. This Film Applicator is a drawdown Bar & blade Coater with two functions: bar Spreader and Blade Coating. The innovative bar Installation method and clamshell Drawdown blade head greatly improve the efficiency of Spreader and are easy to clean. It has speed control and application length adjustment functions. It is suitable for high Accuracy automatic film in laboratories.
Features
1. Surface hard treatment Aluminum alloy countertop, Hardness and wear resistance, Smoothness of countertop is detected by imported High Accuracy instrument
2. Big brand differential regulator, high film thickness control accuracy
3. Clamped Blade Coating Head for Easy Cleaning
4. High Accuracy film applicator, original imported bar film uniform accuracy
5. Touchscreen control panel, easy to operate
6. Free adjustment of application length and Spreader speed
7. Vacuum chuck and heating
Principle
The Working Principle of Experimental Automatic Film Applicator is to uniformly Spreader the sample on the substrate to form the desired film by controlling the Spreader head and Spreader parameters.
Applications
Moulding proofing, coatings, inks, paints, Stock, lithium batteries, Pressure sensitive adhesives, Resin, glues, polymer materials, pharmaceuticals and other film samples
Steps
1. Preparation of substrates (Glass, cardboard, fabric, etc.)
2. Set Spreader parameters (length, speed, thickness)
3. Fixed substrate (using Vacuum chuck or fixture)
4. Select coating method (bar or Drawdown blade)
5. Start the film program
6. Clean the Spreader head after finishing the Spreader
Notice
• Check the power supply and vacuum pump status of the equipment before use
• Select the appropriate coating method and parameters according to the sample characteristics
• Clean the Spreader head and countertop in time after the Spreader is completed
• Pay attention to the heating temperature during operation to avoid burns
• Regularly check the running status of all parts of the equipment
