Principle
The Working Principle of Automatic Film Applicator is to uniformly Spreader the sample on the substrate to form the desired film by controlling the Spreader head and the Spreader parameters.

Steps
1. Set Spreader parameters through the Touchscreen control panel
2. Use a fixture to fix the substrate
3. Select Bar or Blade Coating Method
4. Adjust application length and Spreader speed
5. Start the device for automatic filming

• The thickness of the substrate needs to be ≤ 50mm (customized)
• Glass coating table material, pay attention to avoid violent collision
• Make sure the power supply of the device is 220V/50HZ before Spreader (110V/60HZ can be customized)
• Clean the Clamped Blade Coating Head in time after use
• Optional features include heating and Vacuum chuck, depending on requirements
