1. Connect the Viscometer to the Thermostatic bath correctly to ensure that the circulation line is unobstructed. 2. Add an appropriate amount of bath liquid to the Thermostatic bath Tank to ensure that the liquid level is normal and avoid triggering a low liquid level alarm. 3. According to the test requirements, set the target temperature and heating, thermostatic and cooling procedures on the Thermostatic bath. 4. According to the estimated viscosity of the sample to be tested, select the appropriate rotor and install it on the Viscometer. 5. Put the measurement cup containing the sample into the temperature control area of the Thermostatic bath, or connect the sample cup to the Thermostatic bath through the external circulation line. 6. Turn on the Thermostatic bath power supply, start the circulating pump, and wait for the sample temperature to reach the set value and stabilize. 7. Power on the Viscometer and set the appropriate Rotation speed. 8. Slowly immerse the rotor of the Viscometer into the sample to the specified scale line. 9. Start the Viscometer for measurement, and record viscosity and other related data after the reading is stable. 10. After the measurement is complete, first raise the rotor and close the Viscometer, then close the Thermostatic bath as needed.
